Drawing inspiration from the beloved Thalassery dessert Palooda, they opened their very first outlet in Koyilandi. What started as a small, heartfelt venture soon grew into something much bigger, a brand that beautifully reimagines local flavours with a modern touch.
From that single cafe to over 22 thriving outlets today, Palooda has evolved into more than just a business, it’s a culinary movement where heritage meets innovation.
